There are many uses for
antibodies in therapeutic and diagnostic research. This is possible by the
number of ways in which the antibody and antigens are capable of interaction. The
monoclonal antibody has an important tool in Molecular biology, Medicine and
Biochemistry. This is used for the development of the lower cost production
with special focus on experiment. These are mono specific antibodies, which are
now identical in nature. This is a monoclonal type of antibody and the name of
this mouse monoclonal antibody is c-Myc Antibody (9E10). Its main host is a mouse
and it is at present in purified form. They are produced by a single parent
cell which has one type of B-lymphocytes. The clone of this antibody is 9E10 and
mouse IgG1 Isotype with the quantity of 200µg/ml. This monoclonal reacts on
Rat, Human, Primate, Mouse and their genes are Myc[AU016757, bHLHe39, Myc2] and
MYC[ bHLHe39,MRTL].

ANTIBODY PRODUCTION
Antibody is the form of protection which protect against a
specific disease by receiving the vaccinated human or animal. Antibodies are
host proteins which are produced by our immune system in response to antigens
that enter the body. Antibody production has both meanings general and
specific. Antibody production refers to the creating a usable specific
antibody, which includes the step of immunogen preparation, hybridoma creation,
collection, screening, isotyping in a particular method. The Antibody produces
in response to immunization which used as a critical component of a non-animal
laboratory test. Additional antigen injections are given when the level of
antibody is not adequate for research purposes. For safe injection into the
laboratory or farm animals, the antibody production involves antigen samples
for preparation to evoke antigen-specific antibodies in the serum by the high
expression levels then which can be recovered from the animal. It successfully
depends upon carefully planning, synthesize the target antigen, and choose an
appropriate immunogenic protein.

Antibody reagents
An antibody reagent is an antibody that
is used in an experiment to know the specific molecular target of interest for
detection and isolation of that particular molecule. Antibody reagents are
prepared through an antibody production process which helps in recognizing a
specific molecular antigen of interest or another target material containing
unspecified antigen. Antibodies recognize a molecular target. The main
characteristic of an antibody reagent is that its role is recognized in an
experiment through a process of binding an epitope on a molecular antigen. This
process also helps to know the role of antigen which has been recognized. It is
necessary to recognize the role of the experimental antigen. This process is
used in the preparation of many effective remedies that are effective against
particular groups of antigens. This modern technique has been used in order to
find remedial solution for many harmful diseases.
